The Obsessive Writer.

This one’s for my followers, (if there are any of you out there)

It’s been brought to my attention that I have a serious writing problem. At the sight of a laptop or simply paper, pen and a little free time, I start writing like a crazy person and the “crazy writing” apparently, has to go. But then, in a way I think they’re right. When you have a voice in this world and absolutely no restrictions it is very easy to lose yourself and just go on blabbing which is what I think I’ve been doing a lot lately. I’m having a tough load at school too, since I’m in final year and all.

So, I’m strictly restricting posting anymore than two posts a week. There will be a post every saturday night and one other post if I can’t suppress the writing urge on any other day of the week, which I sadly can’t predict. So, anyone who’s up for more “ME”, do follow and check my blog every Saturday night at 10, Indian Standard Time. I guarantee some interesting stuff. πŸ™‚ See ya every Saturday!

Love, The obsessive writer.

  1. Don’t beat yourself up. A true writer, at one time or another, must learn that “less is more” and “show, don’t tell,” so if you’re just learning this… you’re well on your way. We all babble when we are young writers. Just go with it. Don’t post everything you write online, but don’t stop yourself from writing. Find a writer who you love, and learn the art through them, but never stop writing.

  2. As someone that has been suffering from terrible writer’s block constantly, I am jealous of your desire to write all the time! It doesn’t matter if anyone even reads the blog because the best part is the fact that you are getting your thoughts on paper πŸ™‚ I myself enjoy your blogs! You are very creative.

    1. Why, thank you! πŸ™‚ that means a lot. I will keep writing, nothing to worry about that! And as for you, I’d say let everything in your life inspire you, even the little things, when you look hard enough there’s always something more, and voila! You’ve something to write about. πŸ™‚ Best of luck to you!
