There’s no right path,
Nor a rule book that dictates,
What the heart can and cannot desire.
There’s never a right person,
Nor the right time,
Two hearts simply come together when they do.
There’s no right kind of love,
To each his own,
Some last and some don’t.
And the ones that never make it,
And their memories that lie buried deep within,
Are ironically more cherished.
